Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at Email -admin@shriabhi.com

  2. Submit a video showing the unopened package with visible damage.

  3. once approved, we'll provide a return address.

  4. Ship the product back within 7 days of approval.

  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return for Damaged Products Only

  1. We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  2. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our acrylic prints, photo frames,     large-size photo prints, studio gallery prints, and premium photo albums, we do not   accept returns based on personal preferences such as size, design, or finish, as these   products cannot be resold.

Video Proof Requirement

Customers must provide clear video proof of the damaged product before opening the packaging to be eligible for a return or refund.

Refund Details:​​

  • Refund will be issued the original payment method or as store credit, at out discretion.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • We cover return shipping costs for approved damaged product returns.​

  • non-damaged or opened items are not eligible for returns.
