Bookings and Payments

  • Photography sessions and studio bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website or contact channels.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking or delay in delivery.

Order Processing

All custom products such as photo frames, acrylic prints, photo prints, canvas prints, and albums are made based on the images provided by the customer.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product type and order volume.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers may request rescheduling of photography sessions subject to availability.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance.

  • Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the service booked.

Image Usage

Shri Abhi Photography reserves the right to use photographs taken during sessions for promotional purposes including website galleries, social media, and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services or ordering products. Images uploaded for printing must be of suitable quality for the best results.

Limitation of Liability

Shri Abhi Photography will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control including technical issues, natural events, or unforeseen situations.
